Alert Tag Resource

The Alert tags can be used to provide information within the alert generated by the platform. Include these tags within the Subject or Body of an alert.

Subject:


[IMEI] - Return the IMEI of the Item
[ITEM_NAME] - Return the Name of the Item
[GROUP_NAME] - Return the Name of the Group which the item is associated
[CLIENT_NAME] - Return the Name of the Client which the item is associated
[GEOCERCA_CAUSA] - Return the action of the geofence alert
[RUTA_CAUSA] - Return the action of the geofence route alert
[TRIGGER_NAME] - Return the Name of the Trigger
[LOCAL_TIME] - Return the local time set on the Group
[CAUSE] - Return the value that triggered the alert
[TRIGGER_VALUE] - Return the Threshold value set on the trigger
[LANDMARK_NAME] - Return the Landmark Name

[FULL_ADDRESS] - Return the full address
[IMEI] - Return the IMEI of the Item
[ITEM_NAME] - Return the Name of the Item
[DRIVER_NAME] - Return the Driver name associated with the item
[DRIVER_PHONE] - Return the Driver phone number
[DRIVER_CELLPHONE] - Return the driver cellphone number
[DRIVER_DOB] - Return the date of birth of the driver
[DRIVER_LICENSE] - Return driver's license information
[EMERGENCY_CONTACT] - Return the Emergency contact name from the driver tab
[EMERGENCY_CONTACTPHONE] - Return the Emergency contact phone number from the driver tab
[ASSET_PHONE]- Return the Asset Phone Number (field under Asset detail)
[TRIGGER_NAME] - Return the Threshold value set on the trigger
[GROUP_NAME] - Return the Name of the Group which the item is associated
[CLIENT_NAME] - Return the Name of the Client which the item is associated
[GEOCERCA_CAUSA] - Return the action of the geofence alert
[RUTA_CAUSA] - Return the action of the geofence route alert
[LOCAL_TIME] - Return the local time set on the Group
[UTC_DATETIME] - Return the Coordinated Universal Time
[NEW_LINE] - Insert a blank line on the body or subject. Similar to an "enter"
[LAT] - Return the Latitude of the alert instance
[LON] - Return the Longitude of the alert instance
[MGRS] - Return the GeoCoordinate Standard used by NATO militaries. (Military Grid Reference System)
[TRIGGER_VALUE] - Return the Threshold value set on the trig
[CAUSE] - Return the value that triggered the alert
[LANDMARK_NAME] - Return the Landmark Name
