GuardTrax has introduced a new feature: Email Distribution (Reports)

This feature allows GuardTrax users to setup email distribution of the Incident and Daily Activity Reports to send automatically to clients, supervisors and management.

The email module is located at under the “Admin” tab. See the simple steps below to setup your report distribution.

1. Select the group or client you want to set up email distribution

2. Choose the report type (DAR or Incident)

3. Enter the email address of the recipient

4. Add the email to the distribution group (List)

5. List shows all current report recipients

6. To remove, select the recipient from the list and click the ‘Remove’ button
