Are your RFID tags geo-referenced? If your GuardTrax device loses GPS
then your RFID tags won't appear on the Tracking page unless they are
properly geo-referenced.

Are your RFID tags set up to create alerts and Map? Both the Create
Alerts and Map RFID checkboxes MUST be checked off for the scanned RFID
tags to appear on the map and on the reports.
